The NOCO BG31 is a versatile battery box designed for a wide range of applications, including automotive, marine, RV, deep-cycle, and lithium-ion batteries. This battery box features an all-new rugged and snap-lock design, making it more durable and easier to install than ever before.

The simplified mounting system allows for installation without a battery strap, using pre-drilled internal pilot holes or a battery strap mount for more demanding applications. This battery box safely protects batteries from unwanted movement, accidental shorting of terminals, collects battery acid, and allows adequate ventilation. It meets the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Code of Federal Regulations 183.420 and American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) E-10.7 specifications.

The package includes the BG31 Group 24-31 Battery Box, a 48-Inch Battery Hold-Down Strap, a Battery Mounting Tray, and four (4) #8x1-Inch Self-Tapping Screws.

Introducing the All-New SnapTop Battery Box, which is similar to the HM318BK but with various improvements. The team has reimagined the battery boxes to make them structurally more rigid, perfecting the snap-top design, and simplifying the installation process like never before.

The BG31 is designed to fit Group 24-31 batteries, including 12-volt automotive, marine, RV, deep-cycle, and lithium-ion batteries, such as those used in cars, boats, campers, travel trailers, trolling motors, pontoons, and more.

The installation process has been simplified, allowing users to utilize the pre-drilled internal pilot holes for direct mounting without a battery strap. Alternatively, the all-new strap mount system can be used for more rugged and demanding installations.

The reinforced design with a honeycomb lattice structure makes the BG31 one of the most rugged battery boxes ever designed, with impact resistance down to -20ºF (-28ºC) and resistance to acid, gas, UV, and oil.

The BG31 offers maximum versatility, with enhanced cable entry ports for improved cable routing from multiple directions, and optional ventilation holes for additional airflow.
